Let me start by saying that there is 'No Secret ingredient' to radiant skin. There are, however, steps that you can take to keep your skin glowing and radiant!

My mother always says that to keep yourself healthy, always go the natural way. This includes our skin.

Here are some steps that really help in maintaining the health of our skin and leave it dazzling! :)

1) Use products with natural ingredients on your skin.
Always using products that are free of harmful chemicals and which use natural ingredients is a sure way of enhancing and maintaining the health of our skin. These chemical free products provide the much needed nourishment to our skin while don't adversely affect it with chemicals that can harm our skin.

One such product that my family has used for years is VICCO Turmeric Cream which includes natural ingredients like Turmeric and is an Ayurvedic preparation.

Read more about VICCO Turmeric Cream and buy your own tube!

2) Say goodbye to smoking and drinking.
Smoking and Drinking is not only harmful for our body, it also harms our skin, leaving it listless, dull and drawn.

3) Get plenty of sleep.
The body repairs itself when we sleep. Sleeping restfully for eight hours each day can work wonders not only for our body but also for our skin which feels rejuvenated after a good sleep.

4) Avoid sun during peak hours and if you have to go out, use a good quality Sunscreen which protects the skin from both UVA and UVB rays and which has a SPF rating of more than 15.

5) Keep your skin clean.
Washing our face with a good quality soap or face wash or even natural ingredients like gram flour helps in cleaning our skin, opening the pores so it can breathe and removing the infection causing germs and pollutants, thus, leaving it fresh.

6) Moisturizing our skin is also necessary to avoid, it, getting dry and cracking which is both painful as well as harmful because then it is more prone to infections. A well moisturized skin is supple, smooth, fresh and dazzling, earning you compliments and a few jealous stares! LOL

7) Exercise regularly.
Exercising is good for our overall health. It also stretches and relaxes our skin. When we exercise, harmful toxins are released in the form of sweat and the clogged pores of our skin are also opened, causing our skin to get more oxygen. This not only rejuvenates our skin but also eliminates the chances of wrinkles and stretch marks.

8) Drink plenty of water.
Drinking plenty of water causes the harmful chemicals and toxins to flush out, our skin is hydrated and many useful nutrients are absorbed well by the skin, leaveing it radiant and healthy.

9) Meditate and do facial exercises.
Meditating relaxes our body and our skin, causing more oxygen to reach it. Facial exercises work our facial muscles, causing them to relax and tone, giving our face a well toned, beautifully healthy look.

These are some of the steps that you can take to keep and make your skin healthy. What steps do you follow? Share with me in the comments section.

I still recall that I was very naughty since my childhood and threw all types of tantrums but my mother was always patient with me and there to face my naughtiness & my tantrums. I love my mother the MOST as she is the only one with whom I share a special relationship that I can not have with anyone else.

My Mother is the one who always stands by my side, always teaches me what is wrong and what is right. She is patient, sometimes strict, sometimes lenient but always willing to give me a second chance when I am wrong which makes me humble and determined never ever commit that mistake again. She is my First Teacher, my Best Teacher!

She has solution to ever problem I have since I attract problems due to my being naughty but she handles all tough situations in a very commendable manner and to my satisfaction. I am her pride and she is mine!

She shares all my secrets but keeps them as if valuables have been deposited in a locker whose keys are in the possession of her and me only. We are proud that this trust has never been broken by either of the two.

She doesn't know how to drive but encouraged me to drive by sitting on passenger's seat, when no one else did! I am a good driver because of her faith in me.
She is my protector since my early days of going to school, playing indoor or outdoor and whenever I was in hot water, she always protected me and saved me from any untoward situation and that too without harming anybody's feelings.

The tasks she handles from early in the morning till the end of the day and that too of varied nature is the best example of Multi-Tasking which no processor can match.

I know my mother is always with me whenever I require anything in this world and with all expertise she has.

No need to nap while charging because charging your battery is now super quick due to the 8W Boost Master adapter in the Asus Zenfone 2.

5) 64 bit Intel atom quad-core processor , world's first phone to have 4 GB RAM and Android Lollipop operating system coupled with Asus' Zen UI skin.
Zenfone 2 is super powerful with a 64 bit Intel atom quad-core processor, has an impressive 4 GB RAM while also has Android Lollipop operating system coupled with Asus' Zen UI skin. The Zen UI skin is simple, easy to use and has some impressive UI elements. Zenfone 2 aso has a feature where we can open assigned apps if the corresponding gesture is drawn on the locked screen.

6) Classy, curved backs with metallic finish
The brushed aluminium look continues from the bottom front as was also seen in the previous Zenfone but now this premium metallic finish is also given to the back which adds more appeal and makes the all new Zenfone 2 look more luxurious.
