Crash dieting is the new trend in weight loss. Appearing to be an easy and quick way to loose that extra flab on our body, we often do not consider the side-effects
of such diets. Although they make us loose some weight early on, thereby inspiring
and enhancing our belief in them but after a while the toll on our body becomes
apparent.
Some side effects that we can
see just after a few days of trying such diets are:
1) Feeling fatigue and
lethargy: The first symptoms that appear are a reduction in our activeness. We

diseases and infection: Crash diets not only hamper our mood, they severely
